The Crossings, in collaboration with Wisdom at Work,
a local non-profit dedicated to the spiritual well-being
and personal fulfillment of individuals and their organizations,
will host an open book study group to explore important
and meaningful books in a conversation café format
starting with Presence: Human Purpose and the Field
of the Future by Peter Senge, C. Otto Scharmer, Joseph
Jaworski and Betty Sue Flowers. Based on years of personal
experience and extensive research by leaders in the
field of systems and organizational change, this book
offers a profound journey of discovery into our collective
capacity for stillness and being present to the process
of emergence. This book is available at The Crossings
