On Saturday, February 25, join us for the February Agents Symposium presentation:
About the event:
For this presentation, we’ll discuss what writers can do to set themselves up for a successful agent search. We’ll consider when to start querying, how to build your list of prospective agents, and what kind of materials you should plan to share. Throughout, we’ll share strategies for preparing to navigate the logistical, creative, and emotional aspects of the process, so that you can begin your agent search feeling grounded and informed.
The 30-minute presentation will be followed by a moderated conversation and an audience Q&A. For the conversation, our presenter Maggie Cooper will be joined by WLT ED Becka Oliver.
Do you have burning questions about preparing for the agent search that you want to make sure we answer? You can share them with us ahead of the event via this form and then tune in for the live webinar on Saturday, February 25 where all will be revealed. The deadline to submit your questions is Friday, February 24 at 5 PM CST (questions will also be accepted via the Q&A box during the event).
If you cannot make the live webinar, everyone who registers will receive access to the event recording for one month.
Registration for this program will close on Friday, February 24 at 5:00 PM CST.
