Writing a query letter can be an agonizing exercise for any writer, but it’s an essential step in the process of submitting to literary agents.
This class – taught by a former literary agent – will detail the key components that make up a compelling query. Through writing exercises and small group work, attendees will tackle each component with regards to their own project and should expect to leave the class with a first draft of a query letter.
TAKE THIS CLASS IF:
- You’re getting ready to query agents and want to understand what goes into a query letter.
- You want to learn strategies for writing an effective query letter.
- You’re having trouble writing your query letter.
- You want to make sure you’re including everything you need to write an effective query letter.
The deadline to buy this class recording is Tuesday, June 30 at 11:59 PM CT.
