Want to get your short story published? Well, here’s your chance!
Glimmer Train Stories is hosting a short story contest open to all writers who have not been previously published in a publication with a circulation over 5,000. The deadline is May 31st, 2010 though, so get your entry in now!
Guidelines for submission are as follows:
* Entry must not be a previously published piece
* Entry must be 12,000 words or shorter
* Entry fee is $15
The prize for 1st place is $1,200, publication in Glimmer Train Stories, and 20 copies. 2nd place is awarded $500 and possible publication and 3rd place is awarded $300 and possible publication.
