John Theofanis: I have released “Funny Man,” my first novel, available on Amazon.com.  I’m working on two non-fiction projects:
– Letters from Spain — letters written by a young Spanish-American woman and sent from Spain to her sister in New York, 1934-35.
– An Email Conversation for Writers– a 10 year email dialogue between two friends, includes inspirational insights on the art of writing.
Scribe: What authors would you like to have coffee or a beer with and which beverage?
JT:  Mary Karr, James Howard Kunstler.
Scribe: If you were stranded on a deserted island, what book would you want to have with you to keep you sane?
JT:  Catch-22
Scribe:  What have you learned from your association with the Writers League?
JT: The Internet is considered both a threat/opportunity by the writing community.
Scribe: Where do you see your writing taking you (or you taking it) in the future?
JT: Onward and upward. And thank you for your encouragement.
Scribe:  Is there anything else about you that you would like to share with the world?
