Fresh Ink

Fresh Ink offers a unique six-month coaching program called The Writer’s Transformation Project, which transforms your relationship to writing and helps you embrace and achieve your lifelong writing dreams.

In addition, Fresh Ink hosts Creative Community, a free community that brings together aspiring writers to develop the time, space, humor and confidence they need to build a writing life—so that they can create an inspiring and productive writing practice, have the courage to complete and share their work, and start realizing their biggest writing goals.

Bio

I offer creative writing workshops and fiction coaching in the Austin area and beyond.

Over the past five years, I’ve designed and led writing workshops for UT Informal, the Austin Public Library, the Writing Barn, the Wildflower Center, and Third Ear. My Fresh Ink classes on fiction, memoir, and novel-writing provide an inclusive and inspirational space for writers from diverse backgrounds to work toward their writing dreams.

I hold an M.A. in creative writing from the University of Texas at Austin. My short fiction has been published in Catapult, Post Road, and Meridian, and I’ve been the recipient of a MacDowell Fellowship and a Lighthouse Works Fellowship. I’m currently at work on my second novel.
